This is the third week doing this trainings, and I´m starting to realize the progress. Before starting, I can´t survive 15 minutes running. Now, I´ve been more than 25. I don´t want to stop, and I´m thinking of starting and special diet, a bit healthier. It´s difficult because in my house I´m not the one who cooks. Also, I´ve done more push-ups, now, 10 series of 10. I´ll continue posting, see you!.
