Week 1

The season starts in two months, and I ´ve to upgrade my physical condition. I can´t stay more tan fifteen minutes running, and this is very important on basketball. Also, I´m not the best doing sprints. Speed isn´t one of my best points.
To be better at both things, I ´ve been searching an special training. This first week I´ve to do 5 series of push-ups and go running 2 days for 10 minutes.

Today it´s Sunday. After doing this I feel tired, but happy. I didn´t expect beeing running for 10 minutes, and I want to continue with this rutine. I´ll continue posting next week. Bye!
