This second week, I want to make differents exercises, and I´ve planned going to the swimming pool one day. Also, I´ve download an app that every day gives you a ten minutes routine of exercise. Three days a week, the routine is going to be going running, other day I´m going to go swimming, and the rest, some abdominals. See you next week.
